To say this site has been a long time coming would be an understatement. 

Throughout my career, I have seen it happen plenty of times. Tons of women who get stuck or "hit a wall" as they say, trying to figure out what they want to do next. The path they are heading down seemed like the right one, and next thing you know, they are struggling to keep their head in it since their heart is elsewhere. The fear of having to take a step back and reassess your career can be daunting; and that fear can keep you down a path that you will someday wish you parted from years ago.

Our Mission

The goal of this site is to educate women on what steps to take when trying to decide on a new career path, provide resources to those who are contemplating making a switch, and showcase women all around the globe who have done it successfully. Our mission is to inspire and welcome into the community, and remind you that you are not alone.
